Exhibition FAQs
Is this event inside or outside?
The Expo will be held at the Ipswich Showgrounds with both indoor and outdoor exhibition options to suit the needs of exhibitors.
When can I bump in?
Your exhibit must be set-up during bump-in between 2pm and 5pm on Wednesday 25th March 2026.
When can I bump out?
Bump out is between 6pm and 8pm Thursday 26th March or between 8am-10am on Friday 27th March. The Events Centre is secure overnight.
Do I have to be there for the full day?
Yes, your display must remain open for the full event times each day that you have registered.
Can I share my stall with another business?
The 3m x 2m and 3m x 3m stalls are for ONE business only. In another scenario where two businesses are making a joint offer, they may book the 6x3 space shared by both businesses.
What are the opening hours?
The Expo will be open for school students 9:00am to 3:00pm. Public admission (free entry) will be from 3pm to 6pm.
How to dress?
You should dress in your normal workwear or uniform.
What businesses can have a stand at the Expo?
All businesses are welcome to purchase an exhibit. There are no restrictions on the businesses industry, size, type or product offerings or where they are from.
Why do I have to provide my business logo?
We will be publishing an event program for attendees and we will need your correct business name, logo and a description of what your business does to include in this document.
