Expo Terms & Conditions

  1. The 2026 Ipswich Region Business, Careers & Jobs Expo is brought to you by the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce, proudly partnered with Bremer State High School.
  2. No booking is confirmed until full payment is made to the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce.
  3. All exhibitors must hold current Public Liability Insurance.
  4. Bump-in: Your exhibit must be set-up during bump-in between 2pm and 5pm on Wednesday 25th March 2025. Your booth will already be set up for you.
  5. Your exhibit should remain in place for the full Expo day/s and bump out should not occur until after the close of the Expo. 
  6. Bump-out: Your exhibit must be packed up between 6pm-8pm on Thursday 26th March or 8am-10am on Friday 27th March.
  7. No cancellations or refunds can be given after payment is made however exhibitor stalls may be transferred to another business.
  8. Excluding Sponsors’ exhibits, your stall placement will be allocated randomly – it is not possible to select your exhibit location – however we will do our best to accommodate requests.
  9. Exhibitors will be provided with a table and two chairs in their booth. Exhibitors are required to provide their own tablecloth (preferably branded in their corporate colours/logo). Any requests for additional furniture (table or chairs) should be sent to admin@ipswichchamber.org.au.
  10. Exhibitors will be liable for any damage caused to hired equipment including booth panels, gazebos, tables, and chairs.
  11. Any signage brought by exhibitors may be used in their assigned exhibit stand only.
  12. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas as signed.
  13. Exhibitors must present and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during the Expo.
  14. Excessive drinking and illicit drugs are strictly prohibited at the Expo. Anyone who is found to be in possession of illicit drugs or is drunk and disorderly will be removed from the premises.
  15. Dangerous activities are not prohibited at the event. Dangerous activities include but are not limited to, open flames, extreme heat surfaces, gas use of any kind, fireworks, firearms, explosive devices and personal confrontations.
  16. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of any rubbish and waste at their exhibit.
  17. In the event that the 2026 Ipswich Region Business & Careers Expo is cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund of your registration fee less any transaction processing fees.
  18. The Events Centre is a shared tenancy with other businesses and community organisations. Please respect these other organisations by parking in designated exhibitor parking only.
