How has your business demonstrated confidence in pursuing growth, innovation, or new opportunities? What decisions, investments, or changes have you made that show belief in your direction and long-term success? Provide examples from the past 12–18 months that highlight how you have strengthened your position and continued to evolve. (300 words max)
