Complete your online submission via the Ipswich Chamber website. Submissions close on July 17, 2026 at 5pm.

Almost all businesses operating in the Ipswich region are eligible to nominate for the awards. This includes:

  • businesses headquartered in Ipswich
  • businesses that are operating in Ipswich but not headquartered here

The following organisations are not eligible to nominate:

  • Award sponsors are not eligible to nominate in their own sponsored category, however they can enter other categories
  • Businesses closely tied to award sponsors, such as parent or subsidiary companies, should confirm their eligibility.

Yes, businesses may enter all categories applicable to their business if they choose.

The Customer Service Award is a customer-nominated award and is not open to self-nominations. Businesses must be nominated by their customers to be eligible.

Businesses can encourage their customers to nominate their business for this award.

This special award is determined by the President of the Ipswich Chamber. This award is announced at the Awards Night and can be presented to an individual, business or organisation which has made an outstanding contribution to business in the Ipswich region over an extended period.

Yes, submissions should focus on recent achievements you have made in your business.

Ipswich Chamber will keep entries for a period of 14 days after the Business Awards after which time the entries will be destroyed. All information on these entries will be kept confidential.

Throughout the judging process the information contained in your submission will only be accessible to Chamber staff and judges, each of whom is required to sign a strict confidentiality agreement.

The judges are local independent business people drawn from relevant business disciplines.

Finalists will be announced at the Finalist Announcement event on 26 August.
