You may wish to include how your values guide your decisions, how you communicate openly, and how you respond in challenging situations or when things don’t go to plan. (500 words max)

How have you demonstrated confidence in your leadership through the decisions you’ve made? Share examples of how you have driven growth, innovation, or positive change within the business. This could include taking calculated risks, backing new ideas, or making tough calls that have shaped the direction or success of the business. (300 words max)
