You Me and the Community is a family-oriented organisation with compassion at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to supporting people with disabilities to actively participate in their communities, while also educating and promoting inclusiveness for all.
As a family-owned disability service provider, You Me and the Community delivers high-quality supports across Ipswich, North and South Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast, and the Redland Bay region. Our services include Community Access Supports (CAS), Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Community Nursing, and more.
In addition, YMC works closely within the child safety sector, providing residential care and emergency accommodation to support vulnerable children and young people when they need it most.
The Legacy Hub is a purpose-built, fully accessible community space created by You Me and the Community to support people of all abilities through inclusive programs, employment, and connection.
It offers NDIS day programs, community social sessions, and events that empower individuals while complementing and strengthening the local Ipswich community.
