Imbibis Craft Distillery

We are Ipswich’s only craft distillery proudly producing award winning gin, brandy, rum, and liqueurs using local products.
Our distiller has over 20 years’ experience in the Queensland wine industry and over 10 years distillation experience.
Our cellar door is open every Friday from 10am to 6pm for tastings and bottle purchases are available for take away.
Cocktails, local beer and local wine are also available for consumption on premise. Bring your own snacks if you want to relax for a while.
We are pet friendly and have full disabled access.
