Ignite Community is a small registered NDIS support service. Ignite started in 2020 with one big idea: do disability support differently. From a solo worker with lived experience in both aged care and disability, we’ve grown into a team of 40 legends who are passionate about helping people live life their way. We provide supports across the board—SIL homes, in-home care, community access, Support Coordination, and even our creative Connect & Craft program. We’re not about ticking boxes or fitting people into a model—we build supports around the person. Our culture is full of positivity (literally printed on our shirts!) and we’re known for bringing good vibes while getting serious results. Based right here in Ipswich, we hire local, back local, and partner with local—because strong communities make stronger people. At Ignite, we don’t just support people, we believe in them.
