Each exhibitor space includes:

• Pre-installed booth structure

• One trestle table

• Two chairs

Exhibitors are encouraged to present a professional, branded display. Branded tablecloths and marketing collateral are recommended. Additional furniture requests can be arranged in advance.

A coordinated marketing campaign led by the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce will promote the Expo across digital platforms, social media, business networks and member communications to drive strong, targeted attendance.

Key Information

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• All exhibitors must hold current Public Liability Insurance.

• Booth locations (excluding sponsors) are allocated by organisers.

• Exhibits must remain in place for the full duration of the Expo.

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste removal and any damage to hired equipment.

Bump-In & Bump-Out

• Bump-in: 2:00pm – 5:00pm, Friday 27 March

• Bump-out: 2:00pm – 5:00pm, Saturday 28 March (after event close only)

All exhibitors must adhere to scheduled times. Any alternative arrangements require prior approval from event organisers.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded (less transaction processing fees).
