Ipswich Chamber of Commerce AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce will be held in the Dandiiri Room, Level 1, 1 Nicholas Street Building, 1 Union Place, Ipswich 4305 on Wednesday 10th December commencing at 2.00pm.

The order of business will be:

-Adoption of Minutes from the 2024 AGM;
-President’s Annual Report;
-Presentation of the Association’s Financial Statement & distribution of the Association’s Audit Report for year end 30 June, 2025
-Appointment of Auditor for year end June 2026
-Election of the Management Committee for 2026:

Please note this event is strictly for current financial members only. Nominations for Management Committee positions must be received by the Chamber CEO no later than 2pm on Wednesday 3rd December. Financial members that are unable to attend the AGM are eligible to submit a proxy vote. Please contact the Chamber office on email ceo@ipswichchamber.org.au to obtain a nomination form or to arrange a proxy vote.

Afternoon tea will be provided.
