AGM Notification
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be held in the upstairs Boardroom at Brothers Ipswich, Wildey St, Raceview QLD 4305 on Thursday 9th December 2021, commencing at 5.00pm.
The order of business will be:
- Adoption of Minutes from the 2020 AGM;
- President’s Annual Report;
- Presentation of the Association’s Financial Statement & distribution of the Association’s Audit Report for year end 30 June, 2021
- Appointment of Auditor for year end June 2022
- Notice of the Nominated Management Committee for 2022
- President
- Senior Vice President
- Junior Vice President
- Treasurer/Secretary; and
- 6 x General board members
