2022 Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce – AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be held in the Club Services Ipswich, Long Tan Room, 5 Lowry Street, North Ipswich 4305 on Thursday 8th December 2022 commencing at 4.30pm.

The order of business will be:

-Adoption of Minutes from the 2021 AGM;
-President’s Annual Report;
-Presentation of the Association’s Financial Statement & distribution of the Association’s Audit Report for year end 30 June, 2022
-Appointment of Auditor for year end June 2023
-Notice of the Nominated Management Committee for 2023:
– President
– Senior Vice President
– Junior Vice President
– Treasurer/Secretary; and
– 6 x General board members
