Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be held in the Upstairs Room at Brothers Ipswich, Wildey St, Raceview QLD 4305 on Friday 11th December 2020, commencing at 5.00pm.
The order of business will be:
-Adoption of Minutes from the 2019 AGM;
-President’s Annual Report;
-Presentation of the Association’s Financial Statement & distribution of the Association’s Audit Report for year end 30 June, 2020
-Appointment of Auditor for year end June 2021
-Election of the Management Committee for 2021:
- Senior Vice President
- Junior Vice President
- Treasurer/Secretary; and
- 5 x General board members.
Please note that this event is strictly for current financial members only.
Financial members that are unable to attend the AGM are eligible to submit a proxy vote. Please call Renae Berry at the Chamber office on 3810 8377 if you would like to arrange this.
